Appointment reminders that cut no-shows
A forgotten call is a lost lead and a wasted closer hour. Meetz reminds the client by email 24 hours and one hour before, with the meeting link at hand, and lets them reschedule or cancel in one click so the slot is available again.
Two reminders, zero setup
Every confirmed booking schedules its reminders automatically: one the day before and one an hour before. The system checks them every 15 minutes, so none go unsent.
Reschedule or cancel in one click
The email carries links to change the time or cancel. If the client reschedules, Meetz moves the Google Calendar event and the old slot frees up for another lead.
In the client's language and time zone
Reminders go out in the calendar's language, with the time in the zone the client chose when booking. The closer gets theirs in their own zone, with the client's equivalent.
What the client receives
On booking, a confirmation email with the date, time, closer's name and the Google Meet or Zoom link. Twenty-four hours before, the first reminder. One hour before, the last one. All three carry reschedule and cancel buttons, and you can edit each template's text from the dashboard.
What the closer receives
The closer gets the confirmation and any changes by email, in their time zone, with a direct link to the booking. If the client cancels or reschedules from the email, the Google Calendar event updates and the closer does not have to do a thing. After the meeting, Meetz emails the closer to ask whether the lead showed up, and that mark feeds the attendance rate in analytics.
No back-and-forth emails
The whole cycle, from booking to last reminder, happens without anyone on your team writing an email. And if you need to wire reminders into your CRM or other tools, Meetz webhooks report every booking created, rescheduled or cancelled.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Confirmation, reminder, cancellation and reschedule templates are edited from the Meetz dashboard.
Meetz reminders go by email. If you work with an AI Setter on WhatsApp, you can use Meetz webhooks so it's the one that nudges the client in the chat.
The slot frees up immediately, the event disappears from the closer's Google Calendar and the closer gets a notice. If you have webhooks set up, your CRM finds out too.
