An appointment dashboard for your whole team
When dozens of bookings come in every day, you need to see them without opening each closer's Google Calendar. The Meetz dashboard gathers every meeting in the organisation: a list with filters and search, a weekly calendar with each closer's free slots and a record per booking with everything the lead answered.
A list with filters and search
Filter by status and by closer, search by name or email and sort by meeting date or by the date it was booked. The list is paginated, so nothing is left out.
Free slots in green
In the week view, each closer's genuinely free slots are shaded green with their name, behind the bookings already made. You see at a glance where one more meeting fits.
Everything about the lead in one record
Name, email, phone with a WhatsApp link, time in their time zone, assigned closer, meeting link, form answers and, if they came through the AI Setter, the original chat.
Bookings, calendar and actions
From the list you open any booking and act on it: reschedule, reassign to another closer or cancel, with the emails and the Google event updated on their own. The notification emails you receive link straight to the booking's record. On the calendar you switch between week and month, filter by closer and click a meeting to see its details. A closer who signs in with their own user sees their own list of bookings, and nothing else.
CSV export with the same filters
In Export you pick the period, status, closer and calendar, and decide whether to count by meeting date or by the date it was booked. You download the bookings detail, form answers, metrics per closer, per event type and per calendar, or the daily series. The file opens in Excel with a double click, with the separator you prefer, and anything the lead typed is protected so no cell is read as a formula.
First steps and dark mode
When you create your account, the dashboard shows a setup guide with five steps: organisation, first closer, Google connected, availability set and calendar ready. Each step is ticked only when it's genuinely done, and the last one only completes when the calendar can take real bookings. Once you finish, the guide disappears. And the dashboard renders in light, dark or your system's setting, with the switch in the sidebar.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Both the list and the calendar have a closer filter, and so does the CSV export.
Yes. They're worked out from their Meetz schedule, their bookings and the busy times in their Google calendars. If Google doesn't respond for a closer, nothing of theirs is shaded rather than showing a false gap.
All of them. The list is paginated and tells you the total; you choose how many to show per page and Meetz remembers your choice.
