A custom booking link and a page with your brand
A long link breaks in a WhatsApp message and gets forgotten in an ad. In Meetz every calendar can have a short alias like meetz.pro/your-brand, and your organisation has its own public page with logo, name and all its calendars. URLs are cleaned automatically so no link ever goes dead.
A short alias per calendar
Pick the alias in the calendar editor and share it in your Instagram bio, in ads or over chat. Meetz takes the lead to the calendar, or straight to the meeting if there's only one event type.
Tracking survives
Whatever travels in the URL, like your AI Setter's ?ref= or utm parameters, survives the redirect and reaches the booking. You know where every meeting came from.
Your organisation's public page
meetz.pro/your-organisation shows your logo, your name and the list of active calendars with their descriptions, and links to your privacy policy and terms if you've set them.
How the short link works
Every calendar has its long link, meetz.pro/your-organisation/calendar/meeting, and optionally a short alias at the root of the domain. When someone opens meetz.pro/your-brand, Meetz recognises the alias and jumps to the calendar without leaving a trace in the browser history. The alias is unique across all of Meetz and can't match an organisation's name or a system route, so you never end up with a link that leads nowhere.
Clean URLs, no surprises
Organisation, calendar, meeting and alias slugs all go through the same filter: lower case, no accents and only letters, numbers and hyphens. Type "Intro Call" and the URL becomes intro-call. If you paste a whole URL into the slug field by mistake, Meetz turns it into a valid segment instead of saving a broken link. Reserved words like login or dashboard are rejected for organisations and aliases.
From link to booking, with context
The short link keeps the URL parameters when it redirects, and the booking page stores them with the meeting and sends them in the webhooks. If your Zapp AI Setter sends the link with its conversation reference, the booking stays tied to that chat. If it comes from an ad with utm parameters, that data travels with the booking too. Your integration also gets each calendar's short link through the API, ready to share.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, from the calendar editor. The old alias stops working, so update the places where you shared it.
Your public page lists them all, each with its description and its book button. If a calendar has a single meeting type, the lead goes straight to picking a time.
Today links live on meetz.pro. If you'd rather keep the lead on your website, embed the calendar with the booking widget.
