The closer authorises their Google account from the dashboard or from an invitation link you send them, without handing over their password.
Multiple calendars and accounts
Choose which Google calendars block each closer's availability and add extra accounts, a personal one for instance, so those commitments count too.
Two-way sync
The booking creates the event in Google. If someone moves or deletes it from Google, Meetz picks it up within minutes and frees or adjusts the slot.
Real availability, not approximate
Before showing a slot, Meetz checks the availability of each closer's selected calendars and crosses it with their Meetz schedule, buffers and minimum notice. A 5-minute hold reserves the slot while the client fills in the form, so two leads never land on the same time.
The event, with everything inside
Each booking creates an event in the closer's Google Calendar with the client's name, their answers and the automatically generated Google Meet link. If the location is Zoom, phone or your own link, the event is created just the same with that location.
Changes from Google
If the closer reschedules or cancels from their Google Calendar, Meetz detects it, updates the booking and frees the slot for another lead. No need to touch the dashboard to keep the agenda straight.
