Automatic lead routing between your closers
Your client books a time and Meetz decides who takes it: it checks each closer's real availability in Google Calendar and assigns the call by the rule you choose. No Slack, no spreadsheets, no leads going cold while they wait for an owner.
Four routing rules
Round-robin by load over the last 30 days, least busy today, priority list or random. Change the rule whenever you like from the calendar; the engine applies it to the next booking.
Only closers who are actually free
Before assigning, Meetz checks each closer's Google agenda. Nobody gets a call on top of another meeting, and slots recalculate on their own if someone moves an event.
The lead never waits
Assignment happens at the moment of booking. The client gets a confirmation with their closer's name and the meeting link, and the closer sees the call in their calendar instantly.
How Meetz picks the closer
Each booking calendar has a team of closers and a strategy. When a booking comes in, Meetz filters the closers with a free slot at that time, applies the strategy and creates the event in the chosen closer's Google Calendar. With round-robin, whoever has received the fewest meetings in the last 30 days wins; with least busy, whoever has the fewest meetings that day; with the list, the first available in your order; with random, any of the free ones.
Fair distribution, no arguments
Load-based round-robin stops one closer hoarding the good calls while another sits with an empty agenda. And with per-closer analytics you see how many bookings each one received, how many were cancelled and how long they last: data for commissions and team decisions, not impressions.
Reassign and switch rules
A closer calls in sick? From the dashboard you reassign the meeting to another team member and Meetz moves the event to the new closer's Google Calendar. Each closer can also have their own schedule per calendar, so routing respects shifts and different time zones.
Frequently asked questions
That time isn't offered. The public calendar only shows slots where at least one closer on the team is genuinely available, so the client never books a meeting nobody can take.
Yes. Each booking calendar has its own team and its own strategy. You can have a first-call calendar on round-robin and a follow-up calendar with a priority list.
By default no: they pick the time and Meetz assigns the closer. If you want each closer to have their own link, create a calendar with a single member.
