From chat to calendar
The AI Setter shares the calendar link in the chat. The lead picks a time on the Meetz page, in an available closer's slot, and the closer sees the meeting in their Google Calendar right away.
Conversation and booking, linked
Each booking stores the Zapp lead that created it, and Zapp can query Meetz to know whether that contact already has a meeting. No duplicates and no orphan bookings.
Updates back in the chat
When the client reschedules or cancels, Meetz notifies Zapp by webhook and the AI Setter picks the conversation back up.
How it connects
From Integrations you copy your Meetz organisation key and paste it into Zapp. From there, Zapp reads your organisation's public calendars, sends their links in the conversation and, when the lead books, attaches the chat analysis, the platform and the conversation link to the meeting.
What the closer sees
The meeting reaches their Google Calendar and the Meetz dashboard with the answers the lead gave in the chat. They join the call knowing what the client wants and where they came from.
