Meetz
for closers

Scheduling for high-ticket closer teams

A closer team lives by its calendar: who takes each call, whether the slot was real and how many meetings fall through. Meetz routes every booking across your closers by the rule you pick, creates it in the chosen closer's Google Calendar and shows you, closer by closer, what happened to every meeting.

Routing nobody argues with

Round-robin by load over the last 30 days, least busy today, priority list or random. You set the rule per calendar and it applies itself on every booking.

Each closer's own Google Calendar

Each closer connects their Google account in one click, from the dashboard or from an invitation link. Meetz only offers times when they are genuinely free and creates the event with the Meet link or their Zoom room.

Data to pay commissions

Total, confirmed and cancelled bookings per closer, with the average length of their calls. Export the ranking to CSV and close the month on figures, not impressions.

02in detail

How a call lands on the team

Marta, Diego and Carla make up the team on a first-call calendar. When a lead picks a time, Meetz filters the three by real availability in Google Calendar, applies the strategy and assigns the meeting to one of them. The lead gets a confirmation with their closer's name and the meeting link; the closer sees the meeting in their calendar instantly. If Diego calls in sick that day, you reassign his meetings to another closer from the dashboard and Meetz moves the Google event.

Fewer lost meetings

Every confirmed booking schedules two email reminders, 24 hours and 1 hour before, with the meeting link and buttons to reschedule or cancel. If the lead changes the time, the event moves in Google Calendar and the old slot is free for another lead. Reminders go out in the calendar's language and in the time zone the lead chose when booking; the closer gets theirs in their own.

Each closer, their own schedule and space

Each closer sets their weekly schedule in their own area and can have a different one on every calendar they belong to. Buffers between calls, minimum notice and the daily booking cap are set on the event type. In their area, the closer sees their own bookings, adjusts their availability and saves their Zoom room; the rest of the dashboard is for the admins.

Yes. Each closer has their own time zone and schedule; the lead picks theirs on the public page and sees slots in local time. Everyone's emails go out in their own zone.
