Zapp and Meetz: the AI Setter that books meetings
Zapp is the AI Setter from Skalex, the same company behind Meetz, which is why the two tools talk in both directions. Zapp walks the lead to the calendar, Meetz notifies it of the booking instantly, and Zapp sends everything it knows about that lead back to the meeting's page.
One key and you're done
Copy the organisation key from Integrations, paste it into Zapp and the connection is made. Zapp registers its webhook and picks up your calendars on its own.

Zapp writes the source platform, the chat's phone number or Instagram handle, the funnel stage, the labels and its analysis of the conversation onto the booking.

Every booking linked to Zapp carries a "View conversation" button. The closer reads the whole chat before joining the call.
How the booking travels
Zapp asks Meetz for each calendar's current link, the short one if you have it, and hands it to the lead with a tracking code. When the lead books, Meetz notifies Zapp by webhook with that code and the form answers, and Zapp matches the meeting to the conversation. If you change the link or the short link in Meetz, Zapp uses the new one without you touching anything.
What Zapp sends back to Meetz
After the booking, Zapp completes the meeting's page with the lead's identity and a summary of the conversation: main pain point, budget or whatever your AI Setter picked up. It does so again when the lead reschedules or cancels, so the page never goes stale. It all shows in a "Zapp · AI Setter" block inside the booking.
Queries in the other direction
On connecting, Zapp hands Meetz a read-only key with the zappr_ prefix. With it, if a booking arrives with no linked chat, the "Find chat in Zapp" button locates it by phone number or Instagram handle. And from the chat, Zapp asks Meetz whether that contact already has a meeting, with its cancel and reschedule links.
