A shared calendar for your sales team and closers
Your organisation has its own space in Meetz, with its calendars, closers and bookings. You and your admins run the team from the dashboard; each closer signs in with their own login, connects their Google and only sees their own meetings. Nobody shares passwords or Google accounts.
Invite closers by link
Generate a single-use link or a team link, send it over chat and the closer connects their Google Calendar themselves. You never need to sign in to their account or know their password.
Several admins
The owner and the admins manage calendars, closers and bookings. The owner account can't be deleted and is the only one that sees the API key.
Each closer, their own area
The closer has their own space: their availability, their bookings, the calendars they belong to and their profile. They don't see their colleagues' meetings or the organisation's settings.
Roles: owner, admins and closers
The account that creates the organisation is the owner. From Team, the owner and the admins add other admins with a name, email and password, with no invitation emails. Closers are the people who take the calls: they sign in with their own user and only see their part. Each organisation's data is isolated: calendars, closers and bookings live under your account and nobody outside sees them.
Adding, pausing and removing a closer
You add the closer by name and send them their invitation link; when they open it they connect their Google and become active. If they go on holiday or leave the team, you deactivate them: they receive no new bookings and lose access to the dashboard. If you delete a closer who already had bookings, Meetz archives them instead of erasing them, so the history stays intact. And if you need to cut their access right now, you force a new password from their record: their open sessions close immediately.
A schedule per closer and per calendar
Each closer sets their weekly schedule in their own time zone, from their own area or from the record the admin manages. If a closer works two calendars on different shifts, you give them a specific schedule on each one and Meetz uses it instead of the general one. Lead routing respects those schedules and the real Google agenda, so no closer gets a meeting outside their shift.
Frequently asked questions
No. You send them an invitation link and they authorise their Google from their own browser. Meetz only reads when they're busy and creates the booking events.
As many as you need. The owner and the admins can create and remove admins from Team; the owner account is the only one that can't be removed.
Their own area: availability, bookings, calendars and profile. They only see their own meetings; calendar, team and integration settings are left to the admins.
