Personal room per closer
Each closer saves their personal room link in their profile. When routing assigns them a call, the client gets their room, not a generic one.
Fixed room per calendar
If you'd rather use a single room for a calendar, set it on the event type. It's used as a fallback when the closer has no room of their own.
In every notification
The link travels in the confirmation email, in the 24h and 1h reminders and in the Google Calendar event.
How the link is resolved
First the assigned closer's personal room; if they don't have one, the event type's room. That way you can mix closers with their own room and closers who share one.
Zoom, Google Meet or your own link
Each event type picks its location: an automatically generated Google Meet, Zoom, phone or a custom link or address. You can have different calendars with different locations.
Without connecting your Zoom account
Meetz uses the room link you give it, so you don't need to authorise any app in Zoom or pay for a specific plan. It works with free personal rooms and with business accounts.
