Meeting types tailored to your sales team
A 20-minute first call isn't booked the same way as a one-hour demo. In Meetz each calendar has its meeting types, and each one decides how long it lasts, what gap it leaves, how much notice it needs and where it takes place. All from an editor with a preview of what the lead will see.
Duration and buffers
Set the meeting length and the breathing room before and after each call. Meetz only offers slots where the whole meeting fits together with its buffers.
Notice and days ahead
Decide how many hours' minimum notice a booking needs and how many days ahead the calendar opens. Nobody catches you in a rush or books a year in advance.
Automatic location
A Google Meet generated on every booking, a Zoom room, phone or a custom location with your own link or address. The lead gets it in the confirmation and in the event.
How often a slot is offered
Choose the slot frequency: every 15, 20, 30 or 45 minutes, or every hour, on the hour or on the half hour. It's independent of the duration: you can offer 45-minute meetings every half hour if your team prefers a dense calendar. And with minimum notice you avoid bookings an hour away that catch the closer unprepared.
The slot is held while the lead fills in the form
When the lead picks a time and moves to the form, Meetz holds that slot for five minutes with a visible countdown. Nobody else can take it while they type; if they don't finish in time, the slot is free again. You can extend the hold to 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes per event type, though the longer it is, the longer other visitors see the slot as taken.
Questions and form per meeting type
Each meeting type asks for its own details: name and email always, phone and notes if you switch them on, and any questions you add, whether text, dropdown, single or multiple choice. You decide whether they're asked before or after picking a time. The answers travel to the booking's record, to the Google Calendar event and to your webhooks.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. A calendar groups a team of closers and can have several meeting types, each with its own link, duration and settings.
Yes. Meetz applies the buffer before and after when crossing the slot with the meetings the closer already has, so a slot is only offered if the whole meeting fits with its breathing room.
Existing bookings don't change. The new settings apply to the next bookings.
