Meetings with an automatic Google Meet link
Set Google Meet as the event type's location and forget about links. Every booking creates a unique Meet inside the assigned closer's Google Calendar event, and that same link reaches the lead and the closer in every notification.
One link per meeting
Meetz asks Google for a fresh Meet for each booking, tied to that meeting and no other lead. No shared rooms and no reused links.
In every email
The link goes in the confirmation, in the 24h and 1h reminders, in the closer's notification and in the rescheduling email.
Google invitation included
The lead is added as a guest on the event, so Google sends them their own invitation and the meeting shows in their calendar with a join button.
No meeting without a link
For Google Meet events, Meetz creates the Google event first and only then saves the booking. If Google doesn't return the link, the booking isn't confirmed and the lead sees a prompt to try again. That's why there is never a confirmed meeting with an empty link.
Rescheduling or changing closer
If the lead moves the meeting, Meetz creates a new event with a new Meet and sends it in the rescheduling email. If you reassign the meeting to another closer from the dashboard, the event moves to their calendar with another link and the lead is told the previous one no longer works. Nobody is left waiting in an empty room.
Where to find it
The closer has it in their Google Calendar and on the booking's page in the dashboard. The link also travels in the rescheduling webhook and appears in the bookings CSV export. So you can carry it into any other tool without copying it by hand.

Yes. The location is chosen per event type: Google Meet, Zoom, phone or your own link.
A Google Meet event requires the closer's Google account. Until they connect it, Meetz won't offer their slots on that event type.
