Meetz
integration

Connect your booking calendar to any CRM

Meetz doesn't ship closed connectors: it connects to your CRM with open webhooks and an open API, which work with any system that receives HTTP or imports CSV. Every meeting arrives with the lead, the closer, the form answers and where it came from.

Booking, change and cancellation

Your CRM receives the three events instantly and knows who changed the meeting: the lead from their link, an admin from the dashboard or the closer from Google Calendar.

With answers and source

Each notification carries the form answers with the question as the key and the link's parameters: utm, ref or your own campaign identifier.

CSV export

The Export page generates a bookings CSV with period, status, closer and calendar filters, one row per meeting, ready to import into the CRM.

Tracing the source

Any parameter you add to the calendar link, such as utm_source, utm_campaign or your own ref, is stored with the booking. If the lead goes through a Meetz qualification form before the calendar, the booking also keeps that response's identifier. All of it travels in the webhooks and appears in the API lookup, so your CRM can attribute the meeting without guessing.

Asking Meetz from the CRM

With the organisation key, your CRM can look up a phone number's confirmed meetings and get the event, the closer, the time and the cancel and reschedule links. It can also list the active calendars with their booking link, to show the right calendar on the contact's record. Everything goes with the X-API-Key header and a limit of 600 requests per minute.

What the CSV contains

Date and times, duration, status, guest with email, phone number and timezone, calendar, event type, location, closer, date booked, cancellation reason, Meet link, notes, answers and the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign columns. You can filter by meeting date or by the date it was booked. The file opens in Excel with a double click.
