Customise your appointment confirmation emails
The emails your client receives speak for your brand. In Meetz each one has a template you edit from the dashboard: subject, body and variables with the meeting details. Change the tone, save, and the next email goes out with your text.
The whole meeting cycle
Confirmation, reminder, cancellation, reschedule and reassignment, each with a version for the client, for the closer and for the administrator. Every one is edited separately.
Variables in one click
Client name, meeting type, closer, date and time, video call link, reschedule and cancel buttons. Click the variable and it's inserted into the text.
Live preview and a real test
As you write, you see the email as it will arrive, with sample data. And you can send yourself a test to your own email before saving.
How to edit a template
Go to Emails, pick the template and edit the subject and the body. The body takes simple formatting, bold, lists and links, and variables are inserted from the side list. If a detail may be missing, like the meeting link on a phone call, a conditional block hides that whole line. Whenever you want the original text back, a button restores the default template.
Spanish and English, depending on who receives it
Each template exists in both languages. The client receives the version in their calendar's language, the closer the one in their own language and the administrator the one in theirs. You edit the version for the language your dashboard is in; switch the dashboard language to work on the other. Dates and times are written in the language and time zone of whoever receives the email.
Switch an email off without deleting it
Each template has a toggle. If you don't want the administrator to get a notice for every booking, or if your AI Setter already confirms the meeting in the chat and you'd rather not duplicate, switch that email off and you're done. The rest keep going out as normal, and you can switch it back on whenever you like.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Subject and body are edited separately; you can touch one and leave the other as it is.
Yes, they're variables like any other. If you remove them, the client won't be able to change the meeting on their own from that email, so it's best to keep them.
No. They're platform emails, not part of your funnel, and they don't appear in the editor.
