How a setter works with Meetz
Iván qualifies a lead over chat and sends them the calendar link with his origin parameter. The lead picks a time in their time zone, answers the event type's questions and confirms. Meetz filters the free closers, applies the strategy and creates the event in the chosen closer's Google Calendar, with the lead's answers. Iván never touches the meeting again: the 24-hour and 1-hour reminders, rescheduling and cancellation are handled by Meetz.
Know which setter and channel bring meetings
Every booking stores its origin: the link parameter, the campaign's UTMs or the Zapp lead with their platform, Instagram handle and funnel stage. That origin goes out in the booking created, rescheduled and cancelled webhooks, so your CRM can match every meeting to the setter or channel that brought it. In the dashboard you see bookings per closer, per calendar and per day, and you export them to CSV with the UTM columns.
Human setters and AI Setter on the same team
The setter's link and the AI Setter book into the same calendar, so a lead coming in from Instagram and one coming from a human setter are routed by the same rule over the same slots. If the lead already has a meeting, Zapp can check with Meetz before booking another. When the lead reschedules or cancels, Meetz notifies by webhook and the AI Setter picks the conversation back up.
